Two separate topics. This is day 4 of my calorie correction course and I've made all the right choices to get started losing the lbs I've gained this year. (detailed a few blogs ago)
I've also been thinking of changing to veggie smoothies as juicing loses so much of the vegetables. I'm exploring recipes online.
