My lifeblood lately...

...is this no-fat-added garbanzo stuff I call not-hummus. I just blend a can of drained garbanzos, the juice of a lemon, a garlic clove, a half teaspoon of salt, and a roasted red pepper. Super-delish. I am making a quart of it every few days. Lovely.
