spark coach assignment. focus on the next small goal

I had trouble thinking of the next small goal. Maybe it will be my dr appt next week... having lost more than my scale is saying. My scale is hooped I think. when I step on it is goes right back to the last weight to the tenth of a pound. So I step off, back on... it goes up 2 pounds... I change the number of the setting and it reads 1-2 pounds less. I don't trust it, am going with the non scale victory feelings, am I feeling stronger, are my clothes fitting looser, am I breathing better etc. Until I go to the dr next week. I will weigh there. Even with my scale being untrustworthy I am off the obese scale at home, in the morning with no cloths. My next small victory will to be off the obese scale mid day with cloths on the scale at the dr's. office. Yes since this is a lifestyle change I am happy to weigh only once a month and not fixate on the scale. However I am excited to find out...
