Back to Strength

I decided to start going to strength class again and it's been really fun. I came in the middle of a of a programming cycle, so I don't know exactly what we're doing/why (I should probably ask), but I'm loving it. It's a little different than usual because we've been doing short WODs at the end instead of just lifting.

Today we did:
7x5 Bench press
5x5 weighted pull-ups (strict)

Then the WOD:
30 seconds on, 30 off for 9 minutes:
-Dumbbell press (Rx=25#, I did 20)
-Push-ups (I did a few strict, then wormed the rest)
-Dips (I used a purple band)

I don't remember my scores, but this one BURNED. It was fun though! I just hope tomorrow's WOD doesn't require the use of arms ;)
