What started out as a pretty decent day ended up pretty crappy. I'm working really hard to not keep putting food in my face. I even didn't buy ice cream at the store. Actually met most of my goals for today, just a little late getting to bed and didn't quite finish my water. But tomorrow is another day.
Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-30 minutes kickboxing and skinny jeans challenge day 24
-eat consciously and track food
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed before 10
