How I Knew It's Truly a Lifestyle Change

I took an extra "rest day" on Monday. I thought this was worthwhile, spend a little morning time with hubby and dog, no big deal, good for all of us.

However..... all day long my day was off balance ! I wasn't as awake and alert as normal, my mood was a bit different and I actually felt like I was heavier than last week. Now, I realize that all of this was mental, but on Tuesday when I got back to my workout, life came back into balance.

This is how I know, I've truly made a lifestyle change, for the better !

    OMG. I sooooo agree with you. This morning I decided to sleep instead of exercise and I felt sooooo weird.I just felt totally out of whack. I had to exercise when I got back home. Our bodies have gotten used to being healthy, isn't that just emoticon . emoticon emoticon
