Not sure what to blog about

Wednesday, October 23, 2013

A long time ago I said I'd blog every day during this journey. Some days it's harder to come up with a topic than others and I think, well, why bother? I've been doing this for 651 blogs now and am still going. (I didn't start blogging until about a week into my journey.)

It's surprising that I do have so much to say, but today isn't really one of them. I did my exercises and went about my day as the new normal I've had for a while now. I took my walk and even went about cleaning my home more than usual (I can see out the patio window now!) so that it won't be so bothersome to clean next week.

I'll be going out tomorrow with my mother, we seem to have gotten into a routine for the school year. Its more Geocaching and shopping for the day.

I think tonight I'll just go to bed early and get one with tomorrow. Perhaps my blog will be more interesting then. I hope you had a more interesting day than me.

Today's Holidays: Pooky Bear Day, National Mole Day (which celebrates a measuring unit in chemistry), TV Host Talk Show Day, National Canning Day and National Boston Cream Pie Day.

I don't blog much since life is very quiet here. Since I don't drive or get to town or out of the small town, I am all but invisible. I know people but all are busy with busy lives and zooming into town and going places- even the retired and nonworking ones. So I think you are in a good situation even if you have a plain ordinary day once in a while.

Wednesday turned out to be both frustrating and wonderful. Frustrating because the thing with my grandson was postponed and wonderful because I least I got to see him. My daughter and I got to have lunch together which is a treat since she lives in Alabama and I also got to go see my mom. All in all, it was a emoticon day!!!

Even though it was a long trip home that seemed to take forever. Probably because I was tired physically, mentally, and emotionally. emoticon

Kudos to you. I have always looked forward to your blogs and have wished I had such dedication. Have fun with your geocaching tomorrow!

At least you are sharing your journey. It's important to simply do that. You don't have to have anything earthshaking to say to your readers you are here and doing your best.
