First off I wanted this blog to be different from the ones I've been doing. Yes, I've done the usual stocking up with freggies. Yes, I'll continue to get up early and get my exercise done. But what more can I do? What more do I want? What changes are still needed so that I never go back to that middle aged woman I was? What do I want? What do I see for myself in the future?
Several times I've gotten to right here but yet don't seem to push myself to the next level. I get sloppy and lazy and go back to what's easy. WHY? This is the question I'm searching to answer for myself this week. What's out there? Do I really think I can get to my goal weight? Do I believe it? Is that why I stall out?
Am I still looking for the quick fix? I know it doesn't work, it takes doing the right thing every day. Day in and day out! Suck it up buttercup! Everything in life is a choice, I choose to live! How about YOU?
