And legs, and shoulders, and just about everything else. That's what I have right now.
But it's all good because I worked out for three consecutive days. That. Is. Huge. For me anyway. I'm a chronic start and stopper.
I started the Skinny Jeans challenge on SP and I managed to not make excuses to skip the kettle bell work out offered at work.
Sounds crazy to skip exercise offere right at work, right? To be fair, I often have meetings or committee work during lunch. But someone once told me to make myself a priority. Maybe it's time to follow that advice?
