Lack of Sleep Can Make You Fat

I just read this really interesting article from "Self" magazine online about how lack of sleep can lead to being overweight. It also stated that even if you are exercising and tired it's not a good thing. Interesting as I am always tired. Right now, I think a lot of being tired is job related. I think once I feel comfortable in my job I will be sleeping better. I went to bed last night at 9:30, which really is the time I should be going to bed. Still felt really sleepy today, dark, cool and rainy is enough to make anyone tired. Anyhow, came home and took a mini nap for about half an hour and feel rested. I am going to try to get to bed again early.
Going to the dr.'s tomorrow about my right foot. Have had some weird rash that burns and doesn't want to go away and my big toe has been hurting really bad, especially in the morning. The toe thing could be arthritis or too much salt, not sure, will let dr. advise. Also, am going to discuss maybe different meds for stress, anxiety as apparently the ones I am on are maybe not enough right now. I thought I would be ok, but so much is going on.
