Healthy Christmas Countdown - Day 3

Eats from today

Slept 7 1/2 hours last night. Did better with the water intake today and took Meadow for a nice walk after dinner.

    Walks are a great fall back when you just aren't up for a strenuous workout.

    Fabulous! I managed to eat pretty clean and am too tired to munch later, which is often times a wicked time for me. You just reminded me to pour another glass of water.
