Work out at Work

Wednesday, October 23, 2013

My beloved wife came up with a great idea and I just wanted to share it with my loyal blog readers. She calls it , "Workfit." She sends me a text with a list of a few simple exercises a few times a day (1 after I complete the previous set). It can be done whenever time allows and I have worked it into my daily routine at work. I feel healthier and happier! She is such a blessing to me! Smart, beautiful, and dedicated! What a woman, partner, and wife! Today I managed to do what she sent and added in some pull ups to boot. This was for the best because after the 12-hour day I am feeling like I'm coming down with a little cold and I've already exercised. Thanks Sweetpea!

    That's a great idea!
I know that when I was working, most days, I would forget about even getting up to have lunch or stretch my legs!
