I have been having oatmeal for breakfast with cinnamon and few pieces of walnut. Although I am initially full and like the hot meal, I found I was getting hungry pretty quickly.
I changed things up today and feeling a whole lot better and not hungry. Woo Hoo!!!!
I took my calories up to 300 by having the EAS soy protein shake and a Dark chocolate coconut granola bar. It was much more filling and lots more protein which I think is what has helped me.
Change is good. If it doesn't work, review and try something else!
