I have done ok over the past year with my weight loss. I think I would have done better if I had incorporated more exercise.
Right before I went to Victoria this past September, I bought a pedometer. Twice I walked all the way down from my parent's house to the ocean and back. It's the return trip that was the killer. All up hill, and the last block was a steep 45 degree angle.
If I can do that, then I can easily go for a walk around the block of my neighbourhood in Edmonton after dinner.
I want to get more walks in before the snow flies. Which apparently is going to be Sunday.
