I had a migraine a few days ago. It was one of the worst I have ever had. If you suffer from them as well consider this easy remedy.
I went to a neurologist because they were getting so bad I convinced myself I had a brain tumor. Thankfully I don't! I was just severely magnesium deficient! Apparently due to our diets, most Americans are severely deificient when it comes to magnesium. I am now on 500 mg per day and I take it at night because not only does it help keep migraines away but it is an amazing sleeping pill! It helps regulate your sleep cycle so you actually get BETTER more restful sleep! It is wonderful! I feel better than I have in a VERY long time!
