Did you ever wake up and gain 8 pds? No really 8pds
AND then go eat over 2700 calories that day
I know right?? WOW! I was shocked, mad, then disgusted with myself when I had an 8pd gain!! Like how does that even happen??
Oh that's right, I am intelligent and I do know how it happened.
1. Away for the weekend. and ate what...fish and chips?
2.Trained like a freakin beast with no rest days for the highland games(muscles holding fluid). AND then trained even harder the next day.

So there you go ladies. We do not mysteriously gain 8pds in a week. There are so many factors that put high gains on the scale. I know I need to drink more, run more, eat freakin less and stress less about it.
Instead of just sitting and watching my internet lecture I walked, lunged, side bended, and squatted my my through it..and in a sweat belt
And went for a good hard run! 8miles on my fav trail
I have been CrossFitting and really pushing the WT and have been slacking on my running! Not intentionally really. Sick babies and traveling put me 1 full week of training behind. But I plan on getting in all my runs this week.
I may not look like a distance runner but I have the grit of one and that's all I need.
