What every fat girl needs to know about 8pds

Did you ever wake up and gain 8 pds? No really 8pds emoticon AND then go eat over 2700 calories that day emoticon
I know right?? WOW! I was shocked, mad, then disgusted with myself when I had an 8pd gain!! Like how does that even happen??
Oh that's right, I am intelligent and I do know how it happened.
1. Away for the weekend. and ate what...fish and chips? emoticon
2.Trained like a freakin beast with no rest days for the highland games(muscles holding fluid). AND then trained even harder the next day.

3. I am really not this bad but lack of emoticon emoticon
4. And here we go....didnt go #2 for 4days! gross emoticon

So there you go ladies. We do not mysteriously gain 8pds in a week. There are so many factors that put high gains on the scale. I know I need to drink more, run more, eat freakin less and stress less about it.
Instead of just sitting and watching my internet lecture I walked, lunged, side bended, and squatted my my through it..and in a sweat belt emoticon


And went for a good hard run! 8miles on my fav trail


I have been CrossFitting and really pushing the WT and have been slacking on my running! Not intentionally really. Sick babies and traveling put me 1 full week of training behind. But I plan on getting in all my runs this week.

I may not look like a distance runner but I have the grit of one and that's all I need.

    U look STRONG!!! I wld go shopping in that outfit, Pink compression socks shorts and cut off.. In yur body I'd feel Fkin Amazing and in Seattle it would look totally normal.. Lol Rock on mama!!,

    And THAT, my friend, is why I am going to take a sledge hammer to my scale!! I have learned to go by size. measure waist, legs, arms etc. Pants are tight, work out more and/or eat less...

How are the Highland Games going? Where are you throwing?

    I love the sweaty sweatshirt shot!!! You look like a healthy, powerful, distance runner:)
You are super lean. Oh, BTW I did gain around 5 pounds last weekend from the amusement park adventure. Gross, but it was all #1 and #2 for me! It's taken up until now to recover. OK there may have been some tasty, greasy funnel fries. I HAD to try 'em. Never had anything like that.

Was watching CrossFit On Demand last night and thought of you. I could so see you doing that!!!

I gained 4 the other day. boo! How come I can never lose 4 in one day???!
