I feel like I have been jinxing myself lately.
"YEAH, I GOT THIS, I'm DOING SO WELL!!"
... and then I lose it for... days and days.
I think this comes from looking at this in such a small scale. Winning or losing.
I'm back up a few lbs from last week.
The big Halloween event is coming up in a week and a half. Oh well, at least once that's over all this short term, looming goal crap will be over. I'm excited for that. This "cram for deadline" type of incentive does NOT work for me . I just feel worse about myself.
Time to drink lots of water, brush myself off, and remember, this can be a new day 1.
