I'm focusing better on my exercise. Whether or not I lose any weight I need to feel better and the only way that will happen is by moving. Aging bodies do not do well with a sedentary lifestyle.
While I do a lot of work on the computer so I sit a lot, I also know that I have to move. I'm feeling good with a 30 minute treadmill and 33 minute recumbent bike ride this morning. I've been doing that several days a week lately and it not only makes my body feel better, it makes me feel better about me.
