Yesterday was a huge success for me.
I found the time as soon as I walked in the door after working late to head to the gym. I quickly changed and back out I went. I did a 20minute treadmill work out and managed to get a mile in under 15 minutes. I did 4 running intervals for 2 minutes each and increased my intensity on the last one. I feel really successful by this. I also did arm exercises for strength training last night. I think I need to add a few more reps in there but the one I did my arms and shoulders didn't like me at that point in time however today they are not all that sore.
I think the key for me is just be determined.
I need to stick to my own plan and not let my husband throw me off even when he is meaning well.
Today I have brought an apple and some mini Bhakarwadi snack to work for my snacks. I brought potato cauliflower subji for lunch and I will be having spicy pork burgers for supper. I am not sure if I have stuff for a salad in the fridge or not so I will through some veggie in for supper as well but need to check. I had porridge for breakfast and feel full still.
Tonight I will be hitting the gym again and running intervals. I think I may do 10 minutes on the spin bike and some leg strength training tonight.
Finding the time is Key for me.
