Lost track of the day yesterday, starting with early meetings cuts into my spark time!

I said i needed more planning to have a successful week! I was going to make a plan for yesterday - i was meeting a friend as a new local place with a cool mexican place and a new brewery that i had yet to get to... Turns out around 4pm i was starving! like marvin!
I made some popcorn - fyi - you can make chemical free popcorn with 2 bowls slightly askew rim to rim, 3 table spoons of kernals - 3:48 in the micro! I put a touch of garlic oil in the bottom to see what that would do - not much - but i didn't add any "fake butter" spray to it either and it wasn't bad. Did the trick! Was full.

We enjoyed a beer and i wasn't starving, then we popped over the the mexican place - they sai it was a 25 minute wait... so we went home and i had some left over roasted butternut and more popcorn, hubby had random stuff!

Alas, not a great plan, but since i did't pig out, and did a nice workout on the stair machine this morning, the scale cooperated! Woot!
Interesting to see the fat content still pretty high tho... Will have to see the graph of what i was actually eating!

Goals:
Water: not amazing, with tea etc i'm sure i hit the 8 glasses mark, but definitely not the 90 ounce mark. Back on it today!

Tracking: just, been good at the tracking!

In calorie range: So far so good this week!

Me time: i finished a good yesterday during lunch, so a little!

Ramp up the heart rate: did that today, gotta get ready for my stair climb next weekend!

Booze: fail yesterday, but it was a scheduled fail!

Goals for the week:
Tonight, see if i can get in another day of TKB, i'll be unable to hit them in town next week. Keep up the water and tea and extra exercise!

Goal for the weekend and next week:
I'll be at a party sat night and out of town thru wed. I love the idea of climbing the sears tower will less weight so i intent to keep up my hard work! There are a couple of meals i want to make sure to enjoy out at the office so i'll make the weeknight meals light and enjoy some full lunches!

    Sounds like things are going well.
Are you doing the Lung Association climb at the Sears Tower?

    Good planning! I am not sure it is a fail on having alcohol you plan for and allow in your calorie count. It is just eating for life! Happy hump day! Hugs, Laurel
