So... down 4+ pounds and back to 240. Do you know what I thought as I was sitting here contemplating breakfast? Well I lost 4lbs, I can have pumpkin pie cake for breakfast. Seriously?
I guess I still have lots of work to do on that. I have been fighting a candy urge for the past few days. Fortunately I have taken a No Candy Halloween pledge and will keep going forward with that until Nov 3rd. My problem will then be not picking up clearance candy after the holiday. We aren't passing out candy this year as I have to babysit for a portion of the night and honestly, I don't want to spend the money at the moment. Plus, we both are working on our Valentine's Day challenge so it is just easier not to have it around.
Goals for today:
Finish 1 report
Spend at least 1 hour working on office
Do all PT exercises at least twice
Freggie with every meal and snack
2500 steps minimum
Have a healthy day!
