Whew today I'm feeling a bit tired/drained.
Workout: 45 minutes treadmill 3.0 to 3.2 speed
Elliptical - 20 minutes
Food intake: Good and logged it in
Water intake: Great
Overall a good day. I put in a maximum effort yesterday. I felt great and so I made it work for me. I feel it in my thighs today though!! But I'll keep pushing forward. Although I'm feeling a bit drained today, I plan to make it happen effectively today as well. Tomorrow is my weigh-in day so it's that last chance workout (haha)
I'm feeling in a good place this time around. I'm grateful that God is keeping me focused. I need to do some better meal planning for my dinners. I was literally sitting in the parking lot of the gym last night trying to decide what I was having for dinner. Today I'm driving in to work and I had to stop to the store to grab something for lunch. This is not good. Will work on this for the upcoming week. Slacking I guess.
