This morning I did T25's Rip'T Circuit and an interval run. I missed Rip'T Circuit. It's fun, short, and effective. Even with my head still congested I was able to get in a good workout. With the interval run, I did 10 rounds this time. I like interval runs cause they're short but intense. That's why I like HIITs and T25. :)
This morning I also tried E&E (energy and endurance) powder from Beachbody for the first time. I started w/ one scoops and I have to say, didn't really feel much of anything so tomorrow morning I will try 1 1/2 scoops and see how that goes. I've never really tried preworkout supplements before so I'm testing them out now to see if it gives me an extra push in my workouts.
Tonight I have a den meeting so will be baking oreo stuffed cookies for the boys. Boys meaning the scouts and for my husband to take to work. :P I do enjoy baking. Although my presentation is not great, at least the taste is there.
