Today's challenge is to try a new workout. Hopefully I will feel strong enough. Yesterday was rough.

I got in a hour of Yoga where we added new poses & a lot of stretching & balancing.

    Will you try one of the Spark video ones? There are even some gently ones if you feel you need some tlc

    Thanks for today's challenge. If you don't mind, I will take it on. I didn't feel as if I moved nearly as much as I wanted to or needed to.
