Day 3

Poor planning yesterday on my part led to an overage on my calorie intake. Not by much, I actually was within the range I had set for the day before, but then I changed my goals and my range dropped, and I didn't notice so there you go, a bit over my limits.

Once every second week or so a co-worker and I go to a restaurant we really enjoy for lunch and yesterday was our day. I had the veggie burger with sweet potato fries. It is delicious and a pretty good choice. But I hadn't really planned on eating out yesterday, so it threw a little wrench in my numbers.

The main thing is I just went with it, tracked everything, and I am keeping going, feeling more motivated with every day that passes. I feel very determined to do this now. I have had half-hearted attempts over the past few years, but I never felt this solid, this committed. I'm not just trying this time, I can and will do this!
