I did so much better yesterday with eating. I was able to wait the 20 minutes to do a hunger check for most of the day. I had both pilates and Zumba yesterday and when I was done I felt great.
Today I am trying to manage stress. Lots of things going on.
So far so good.
I am taking baby steps to get back to where I was in May, when my eating was under control and I was staying at goal weight.
It is amazing that an extra 50-100 calories, no matter the exercise you do; adds to pounds gained.
