Good Morning All My Wonderful Friends. Hope all is well!
I am feeling better today. Boy yesterday was not fun! But it only lasted about half the day then it was just the tummy pains that I had to deal with. Did go to class last night and I did receive that big project back and wait for it....I GOT AN "A"!!! I got a 93% and had I not missed spelled (spellcheck doesn't work on words in all caps unless you adjust the setting which I did for my report, just not one of my darn appendices :() 3 or 4 words I would have had a 100%! He even mentioned to the class he was happy a person did childcare because it was very interesting, he has a thing for safety when it comes to children because of his grandbabies, and he talked about my pictures, I felt pretty proud even though he didn't exactly point me out! So lets home this next project due next week and my exams the following week all go well to! I have a C+ right now in my T/TH class so it shouldn't take much to get to an A. I would like to end the next 2 semesters with 4.0 because my goal GPA for undergrad is 3.5 and right now I have a 3.39. Which is still above average according to the GPA list thingy. So lots of studying and work as usual, but he is getting better, so its not stressing me out so much!
up .8 of a lb this week. Surprised considering what I went through half the day yesterday. It figures though, just my luck. So either A) I was really really up this week and yesterday caused me to go down but I am still up or B) I am gaining some muscle? I think I will take B LOL. TOM did come on Saturday so that probably hasn't helped much but usually I am up way more during TOMs visit so that's a plus!
Eating still not so great. Seems like we have been eating out way too much because I really needed to go grocery shopping, so I got my butt up yesterday and went. Still need to continue to focus on the healthier options and watching portions. I was good 2 days last week not having junk which either was fast food, a pastry, piece of cake, or the kids cereal. So definitely needs improvement!
Still need to amp up my cardio and switch it up a bit! Also, ST, I must get my 3 days at least plus my TNT! I have to get back in the habit! Oh it is hard to fit it in though. I just hate my schedule :(
Met 2 out the 7 goals I made last week, met only my junk good and FM goals :( Need to work on this and get 100% next week!
Goals for the week:
1. Lose 1lb (For BLC23: 1.65lbs/wk, For Fall 5%: 1.17lbs/wk)
2. No Fast food 6/7 days this week
3. No junk snacks 3/7 days this week
4. Track my food on SP not just in journal 3/7 days
5. FM: 250
6. 3 extra high intensity cardio sessions this week, 15+m per session
7. 3 ST sessions PLUS TNT Thursday
