Did you exercise today? Yoga/Walking

Did you consume any caffeinated drinks or foods today? 1 Cup of coffee - Morning
Did you take any medications (prescription and/or over-the-counter) today? (Standard routine - Yes)
Did you take any naps today? No
What types of stressors did you encounter today, and what types do you expect to encounter tomorrow? -
No real stressors per say, just slightly melancholy about tomorrow (I don't like my birthday)
How hungry did you feel today? Not especially until 5 pm.
How awake did you feel today? Very
How irritable did you feel today? Low
Good day all in all, I even managed to do my first little linked multi dangle earrings (I will post a picture tomorrow). My fingers are a bit poked by the wire but it still was a good learning experience. Met with Friends and had a great lunch.
How long did it take you to fall asleep last night? - 10 minutes or less
How many times did you wake up during the night? - 5
In total, how many hours did you sleep last night? - I slept in - seriously, it was 7 am the last time I woke up - went back to sleep woke up 11:45 am.
Energy Level - Excellent actually. Oddly enough I feel very refreshed.
Stress Level - Low - I had a very wonderful surprise this morning that started the day off just on a good note.
Quality of Sleep - Up until 7 am - iffy. After 7 am - AWESOME.
Self-Esteem - Much better than I expected that is for sure.
Dreams recalled: Not really.
