A recipe for raw veggie soup

Here's what I had for dinner...

One crumbled Chicken Oxo Cube with half a cup or so of hot water, and some finely chopped fresh carrot plus celery plus cucumber thrown in. It was so yummy!
Plus I also needed to eat a bit more protein today, so some tuna fish on multigrain toast with a little mayo and lettuce took care of that.

Will someone please tell my stomach it shouldn't be feeling so hungry now?

Now for some family time. Hope you all are enjoying the journey!

    Yum! For breakfast I often have a piece of multigrain bread with tinned salmon and sprouts on top! Delicious and so full of protein - great start to the day.

    Hello, your recipe looked yummy. I love to find new recipes, especially ones with vegetables in it.
I have now been using a Nutra- Bullet to help me eat more fruits and vegetables.
I have also found wonderful articles here on Spark people to help me deal with the subject of feeling hungry after eating. I encourage you to look into some that they suggest for you and your personal plan.
I have found for myself, that if I have protein in my diet in the morning, plus a good healthy serving of fiber and healthy fat, this tends to keep me feeling satisfied.
I will be cheering you on as you make progress. emoticon emoticon
