Well I have managed to stick with this for 3 days in a row now!

Does that count as 3 steps? emoticon

Working hard to keep this mindset! You would not believe all the stuff getting in my way!
So many things!
So many people!
So much stuff!
Trying, trying, trying to keep me from sticking with this simple little goal of
10-minutes a day on my Gazelle!
But I won't let it keep me from missing a day!
I won't!

I am going to be SO FOCUSED!
I'm going to be absolutely stuck on following one course until it's successful!
And after that I will simply choose another and do the same!

    The pictures or emoticons didn't open for me.....but what a fabulous attitude. You do it lady, and you keep doing it because its good for you and you deserve good things. Stress will always be a part of our lives, no getting around that....exercise is one way to combat certain stresses, so you are well on your way. emoticon
