On the BLC23, we were asked to write a blog about what we did in the 4th week and what our plans are for week 5. So I am going to tell you what the plans were for week 4, what REALLY happened and what I HOPE will happen next week.
Plans for Oct. 16-22
1. walk more
2. eat better
3. do not procrastinate
What REALLY happened Oct. 16-22
1. walked - about the same as Oct. 9-15
2. ate out 2x, and both times were not healthy at.all.
3. Procrastinate? ME? oops - that's why I'm ripping through this assignment at 12AM!
What I hope to have happen Oct. 23-29
1. add ST to regular workout
2. do not finish others' unfinished food! (UFF to you out there)
3. Do It NOW!!!
hopefully, putting it in writing will improve this coming week. only time will tell...
