I did two today

Tuesday, October 22, 2013

I did my lunch time walk, 3.1 miles. It was kind of cool today. I must be getting faster because I stopped to text a couple of times and I still made it back at my usual time. After work, my husband and I walked 2 miles. I kind of pushed him a little so when we were almost home, even though he was tired, he had to show me how fast he was. I knew he was going to start running so I tried to get a head start but he caught me and passed me anyway. Either he is really fast, or I am really slow. After dinner, I did some upper body strength training exercises and then I mopped the kitchen floor with my trusty steam mop. My husband's sister and my mom will be coming over tomorrow for dinner so I know I won't get that second walk in. Hopefully we will be able to walk on Thursday before I go to Bible Study.
