Pretty good day goal wise. I didn't get my extra 10 minutes of cardio, but I did bump up my 30 day shred to level 2. Planning to finish my water in the next 20 and get to bed. I'm working full days the rest of the week, so I'll be busy but it's good.
Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-5k+ run, 10+ min cardio and skinny jeans challenge day 23
-eat consciously and track food
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed before 10
