Keeping up the new streak!

emoticon Treadmill city again today... *sigh* Oh well! At least I'm keeping my extra 30 minutes of cardio each day streak alive! I was hoping to get out at lunch; but something came up and I wasn't able to do it. Alas... these things do happen. It was looking pretty overcast at the time so I wasn't too bent about it. It got much nicer a little later.

Maybe tomorrow... although we do have rain in the forecast. I can hope to get lucky and beat any rain. FIngers crossed! I'd really like to get out tomorrow. I've got a bunch of computer work - analysis and training - so a walk would be a VERY welcome break!

So, day 2 is done! I got in my extra 30 minutes of cardio. I'm really hoping this will help get the scale moving again for me. Plus it just feels good to get my muscles working a little bit extra!

    I ran my 5K (ok RAN is a stretch with a time of 48:58 LOL) - but I got it done, in addition to my trainer today (kickboxing! whooo hooo!)

so I'm 9/86 LOL - but I'm not quitting...

way to keep up the great work.. the cardio WILL pay off :) - a healthy heart and stamina - even if the dumb ol' scale doesn't want to cooperate.
