Feeling better tonight. Went for a swim at the "Y". All of last week's weight gain is gone. emoticon I was sure it would. Getting better at the liquid diet. Time off from S W is feeling pretty good. A bit of weight loss has decreased my pain, allowing me to do more around the house. LIFE is I deed getting better. There is lots to get done, still I'd like have some fun. I'd to find a place to tell stories. I have been afraid of making a commitment to do that because I never what will happen with S W. Small steps have made a big difference.

If you like to tell stories why not tell them in church with the youth group. Or even the boy scouts. You could always submit them to the local paper or some kids magazine.

Congratulations on weight loss. Drop in and say hello to the gang.

I'm happy for you that things seem to be improving physically and mentally. You have a real gift, and I'm sure you'll be able to find a way to share it with others. You are so right--having a bit of personal time and space can make all the difference in the world. May your day be light and bright! Best to you, Jeannie

Hi Bob, I remember how much you seemed to enjoy telling stories at the Library and other places. I hope you'll be able to do that again possible when you're living in VA and your DD can watch your SW. It's good for you to get out and do things you enjoy. You're much too young to not enjoy Life as much as possible. Good for you for getting rid of those pounds. It's great to hear you enjoyed swimming at the Y again. It sounds like your getting back your life which is exciting to hear. You deserve a lot of credit your taking care of your loved wife but if it was reversed and you were the "sick" one you'd want her to continue living a full and good Life. I'm really happy for you and hope things will get even better for you in VA. We're here rooting you on as we think you're wonderful. Take good care of Yourself.

Congrats on the weight loss!! Glad that the pain has lessened. You feel the need to tell some stories and that is something that would make you happy, we would be happy to listen to them. I know that's not what type of thing you're talking about, but it is still telling a story. Get some more "me" time when you can--sounds like it agrees with you.
(hugs) Noel
