I'm so thankful for all the prayers and words of encouragement last night! I woke up feeling so much better! And the weather was fairly good today (cold, but no rain!) so I added minutes to my walk today and it felt so wonderful! I've done 2 sets of 10 minutes on the stationary bike so far and doing another set of 13 minutes later. It's so good to be accountable! I'm just so thankful for sparkpeople.com! So very thankful!
