So I have walked 5 miles a day 5 days a week for 3 consecutive weeks :) Not to mention tracking my food and drinking all my water:) Have i been perfect....nope but I am perfect during the week, my weekends i get off track and hate to track, but im really feeling the weight come off.....How much you ask? I will not dare weight myself, i cant thats how i loose my momentum. If its not what I think it should be (pounds lost) then i give up every time! So instead i look at this like this is a healthy lifestyle change this is the rest of my life. So lets just consentrate on eating healthy staying within my calorie range and excersizing over an hour a day ...who knew i had it in me....I didnt but i do now and so can you!
