My Plan for the Coming Weeks

I am in the Biggest Loser Challenge, and one of my tasks for today was to write a blog about what I plan to do in Week 5 of the challenge.

Well, I have to say that what I've been doing in Weeks 1-4 has been working pretty well!

Tomorrow is the Official Week 4 Weigh in but I'm expecting another loss on top of the 5.5 pounds I've lost in Weeks 1-3. That's really good for me, so what do I plan to do in the coming weeks?

Keep it up!

This challenge is providing me with focus and motivation. It breaks the week into daily tasks and challenges that are completed for points. I'm competitive so it doesn't take much to get me to work harder for bragging rights!

In fact, check this out! I wouldn't have known this but one of my teammates pointed it out. I am #4 in fitness minutes of OVER 600 people who are in the BLC challenge!



Wowie Zowie!! In fact, the #3 spot is held by my fellow teammate Kazzie! So I'm not the only one super-motivated by the challenge!!

So specifically, what do I plan to do next week?

* Workout as usual.
* Eat within my Spark range of 1200-1550 calories.
* Close the kitchen after dinner.
* Eat mostly meatless meals.
* Limit carbs, especially after lunch.
* Keep up with the Steely Sapphire Soldiers, those indomitable women who are waging the WAR ON FAT!

I have every intention of being at my goal weight, 136, by the end of 2013. It's 10 pounds away but I've got 10 weeks to do it.

In fact we ALL have ten weeks left in the year, what do you plan to accomplish? emoticon
