Lost 900grams. Down a total of 5.9kilos. So so close to my 5% - 200grams. I was slightly disappointed by not getting to my 5% this week, but 900 grams is fantastic.
Started Insanity on Monday. I'm going to do a workout every second or third day. I was totally pooped after just doing the fit test, so I'm a bit nervous about doing a whole workout.
Friday a friend and I walked around the botanic gardens with children in tow, so we weren't going very fast. Still a nice way to catch up since it was a beautiful day. After meandering around for 90 minutes I had racked up 8 ProPoint activity points.
This week I want to get to my 5% goal, do Insanity consistently and continue making healthy choices.
