Back on Track

After falling down a couple of times over the weekend, I am back on track this week. Small portions, healthy food, exercise most days, going to bed early. AND, cooking 5 meals this week.
The funny thing is, I am nearing a milestone - I am very near breaking the 140-pound mark, which I have not done since before I got married. I wonder if the fact that I am getting close to breaking 140 is why I have been sabotaging myself lately (eating junk, overeating, not sleeping well). I will have to think about this ...
