Back on Track

After falling down a couple of times over the weekend, I am back on track this week. Small portions, healthy food, exercise most days, going to bed early. AND, cooking 5 meals this week.

The funny thing is, I am nearing a milestone - I am very near breaking the 140-pound mark, which I have not done since before I got married. I wonder if the fact that I am getting close to breaking 140 is why I have been sabotaging myself lately (eating junk, overeating, not sleeping well). I will have to think about this ...

    Duh...ya think?! LOL Yep but look deeper. Just look at your thoughts about reaching this incredible milestone. They are just thoughts, they can't hurt you unless you ignore them. And, don't react to them. KEEP ON PROGRAM they'll come up easier that way.
