changing things up and spaghetti squash

Ok, trying to change things up.. working toward my goals of losing weight for good and setting fitness goals.
1. Eating a later breakfast. Feeling rushed in the morning so just having coffee and then eating my eggs and toast at the office. I don't mind lukewarm.
2. Drinking more green tea and a green tea chia as my 'treat' after lunch. Also trying to bring seltzer to work as I think having something different to drink helps keeps my taste buds busy! ;)
3. New lunch ideas.. spaghetti squash with red sauce, chicken breast, and a little feta or spinach salad with feta, walnuts, chicken, strawberries and little dressing. Trying to go heavy on the veggies to be more filling.
4. New fitness goals.. aiming for a 12K in December and working on distance and speed. I've been off on my running since this summer I focused more on biking and swimming for the triathlon.. time to get back to running and weight lifting!!
Let's see where things are in a month!
