need ideas for more fat!!

(in my diet, not on my body)...

i am supposed to be eating 100 g carbs, 60 g of fat, and 150 g of protein per day.

i can manage the carbs and protein, but i CANNOT manage enough fat!!!! do you guys have any suggestions for high-good-fat, low-carb foods?!?

    I second what others in this thread has said; nuts and avocado, olive oil or coconut has fat, maybe grains, and from time to time eat some meat (fowl, beef)

    I use avocados. I eat only half at a time since it is a lot of calories. My problem is that I have a hard time getting my fiber in!

    I have heard that coconut oil is faily low calorie but can add the fat that is needed...

    A good problem to have, as there are many tasty ways to get fat in your diet. I agree with SDLEE514... nuts + avocados + coconut. Also, try adding olive oil to beans along with some lemon juice (not that the lemon juice adds any fat, but it's a nice taste with the olive oil). I'm a believer in real butter, too! Butter them veggies good!

    I second that avocados are a MUST and you can do so much with them! Also nuts like almonds, pecans, walnuts...or nut butter, salad dressing with olive oil, coconut oil or coconut milk. I must put a caveat on the coconut products, I buy into paleo which theorizes that the saturated fat naturally occurring in coconut products is healthy; I realize most people subscribe to the all saturated fat=bad.     I hear avocado helps?! That is all I got... I'm just trying to get fat OFF of me not worrying as much about getting it IN right now lol.
