Waking Weight: 194
Sunday and especially Monday weren't as bad as the 1st attempt. Was actually feeling pretty energetic last night, like I wanted to run. Also noticed less soreness overall. No solid foods but did add in soup and Diet Coke. For next attempt dropping soda and bringing back black coffee. Fished up lunch around 1pm and next goal is 1pm on Saturday.
