Waking Weight: 194

Sunday and especially Monday weren't as bad as the 1st attempt. Was actually feeling pretty energetic last night, like I wanted to run. Also noticed less soreness overall. No solid foods but did add in soup and Diet Coke. For next attempt dropping soda and bringing back black coffee. Fished up lunch around 1pm and next goal is 1pm on Saturday.

    Green juice fasting is a very nutritious way to explore fasting/rebooting. I saw "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" and started out on short fasts. Staying away from diet Coke definitely will help the detox efforts. http://www.hulu.com/#!watch/289122

    Fasting is a religious experience, I hope. Had a friend that fasted in college, 1968, as a health routine and had heart troubles in his 40's. He was a little weird, didn't monitor his "other" activities.

    If you're going to embark on fasting, I would suggest trying juice fasting. The diet coke part makes me a bit worried.
