Actually week 4 of the challenge has been my most successful. I scored a high amount for the weekend challenge. I'm going to complete everything for LCW. I'm not sure if I'm going to lose any weight this week, but I know I've been way more successful then the first three. The first three were hard because my grandpa passed away and I spent two weekends out of town. It's hard to be on top of your game when things like that happen. The good thing is I got right back on track. Between last Wednesday and today I've been in calorie range everyday, but yesterday, which is technically my cheat meal night. That is huge for me. Last week I didn't eat anything in the staff lounge! No treats or even a little bite. I did have a couple of bites yesterday, but today there were donuts and breakfast bagels and I walked away. It just shows you don't have to be perfect all of the time, but you can always get back on track if you are committed and motivated. I've been doing this for 20 months I know what I need to do to lose weight. Unfortunately these last 8 pounds have been glued to my body, but I'm determined to get them off even if it takes me months.
This weekend I am going out of town again this time for pleasure. My plan is to get fitness minutes in no matter what. I already planned for this week to be 6 days of exercise, so I could take off either Sat or Sun and no be a huge blow to my plan. On Friday I am eating lunch at home before I go and I want to make as many good choices as possible. I also know I won't be perfect, but I'm not going to ruin week 5. My plan for the rest of the week is not to eat and food in the lounge and preplan all of my lunches and dinners. If I calculate my day out I usually can stay pretty close to target.
Workouts will be Fri before leaving town, Sat most likely off, but we are going to a festival and I will get lots of walking, Sun I can workout when I get back into town or go for a run before I leave, and Monday I will be home and off for a full two hour workout at the gym :)
Anyways I'm going to take week 4 and decide what I could of done better and how can I push for a loss tomorrow and next Wednesday!
