I'm on week 3 of PT. Yesterday they had me do the majority of my ankle exercises standing up. I got through it but last night my ankle was kind of aching, so I iced it. That's the first time that has happened. When I go in tomorrow morning, I will let them know. Other than that, I've been doing pretty well walking around. I am not really able to wear heels yet so that makes me sad. LOL

Still doing the exercise bike at least 3 times a week and tonight I'm going to increase the tension on my fast interval to a 6. Typically I do a 5 minute warm up, increasing the tension each minute, then I alternate very fast pedaling (btwn 90-100 rpm) with a 5 tension for 90 seconds, then a 4 tension for 90 seconds with about 65-75 rpm. Do this 30 minutes. Then a 5 minute cool down. For now I have not been doing any weights. The bike claims I burn about 470 calories. That's ok with me!

Friday I go back to the Orthopedist for, hopefully, my last set of xrays. We'll see!
