It's a slow start, but I'm still here. I'm still taking the Garcina product, although I don't see fat melting off as they say it will. I've tried to be better about food choices, but those were really never the main problem. I have added a little fitness to my workday; I'm trying to do at least two of the cardio workout videos a day.
I'm very concerned about my blood pressure and the fact that weight just keeps piling on at a slow and steady pace, seemingly no matter what I do. Tai Chi is strengthening my muscles, but I note shortness of breath that is troubling to me. I've always chalked this up mostly to allergies, but I need to recognized that a lot of this is extra weight.
Tomorrow will be my first week complete and I'm going to step on the scale in the morning. I don't anticipate much change, but we'll see.
