my Goals to maintain from now to/through 2014
1. Spirit ---- Putting God first in everything I do!!
2. Body ---- I would like to lose 100 lbs in 2014. Keep moving. My goal weight for 2014 will be
3. Mind ----- Stay positive and only think good things about myself!!!
4. family ---- Letting my family know I love them and do many more things for them in 2014.
5. friends ---- Make more friends that support me and surround me with positive!!!
6. Homeless ---- Working with the homeless with my husband, special things!!!!
Adding another important goal - Stress is a big part of my life and learning how to deal with it. My new goal
7. Stress ---- When I feel stressed or upset instead of reaching for food - do some sort of exercise!!!
