Week One: A Good Start

Did my first weigh-in this morning & I'm down 6.8# from last Tuesday! I know at least half of that is probably just the first week of not eating junk, but it's still amazing what a week of eating healthier can do.
I still haven't added in any real exercise due to my knee, but it's starting to feel better and I'm hoping my PT will give me the go ahead in the next couple of weeks. Meanwhile, I'm doing lots of stretches and some core exercises on an exercise ball. I've also started wearing my pedometer again and trying to increase my steps each day.
Overall, I'm pleased with my results this week & hope it will help keep me motivated to stay on track another week.
