Had a fabulous run this morning. I think I went 25 minutes straight. Pretty good for me. It's perfect shadow weather too.
At the end, I thought I would demonstrate those side plank oblique rotations I've been going on about. A little video and doggie fun to break up the monotony.
So yeah if planks are getting boring, give these a try. HA! Don't forget to repeat on the other side. Next, I'll demonstrate the other planks with side lateral raises.
Helped this little guy across the road during the run. Felt like a regular-ole boy scout, I did.
