Today is the last day of my first week, and I would say I've done pretty well. Considering I don't go crazy over my range today, I will have averaged in the mid-1400's each day this week. Not much exercise, but that's still ok.
My goals for week 2 are to make sure I get at least 3 servings of fruits and veggies each day (which I may already do, but some days I focus more elsewhere) as well as incorporate 3 days of intentional exercise for at least 10 minutes each day. Also, I will continue my goals of getting my water and staying within my range.
I have been starving today! This morning, I woke up so hungry that I felt queasy. I usually don't eat until a little while after I get to work, but I ate my apple this morning before leaving the house and practically inhaled my food the minute I walked through the door at work. My tummy has been rumbling for the past half hour and I'm starting to feel like I -need- food. Like, right now. It's just about noon, so I suppose that makes sense since it's been almost 4 hours since I've eaten last. Let's just hope the food I brought today will hold me over through until dinner time!
